We do not accept returns for any products sold on officetalks.co.in.
Due to the nature of furniture products—many of which are custom-made, heavy, and logistically sensitive—returns are not feasible once the product is delivered and accepted by the customer.
We do not offer refunds on any orders once confirmed and paid for, except in the rare case of:
Order cancellation before dispatch (refer to our Cancellation Policy)
Unavailability of the product after placing the order
In such cases, the refund will be initiated and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
While we do not accept returns, if your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, you must:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Share unboxing images and product photos via email at support@officetalks.co.in
We will evaluate the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or partial compensation at our discretion, depending on the severity of the issue.
